Career Opportunities and Internships!

General Internship Information

Internship PosterAll internships are full-time, 40 hours per week. Internships are open to undergraduates, recent graduates, and grad students. We offer a stipend of $200 per week, paid biweekly, plus lodging in a furnished townhouse. Interns may, if they choose, receive their stipend in the form of a scholarship.

We hire interns for each academic semester and are flexible on the number of weeks for an internship. All interns must have their own vehicles and will be responsible for their own utilities, meals, insurance (health and automobile), taxes, and expenses related to travel to Colorado, etc. The company will cooperate with interns seeking academic credit from their institutions or for those students taking Internet-based courses during non-working hours. Some internships may include travel to higher education conferences around the country on behalf of the company.

Working for CAMPUSPEAK has been such a great experience! The internship has provided me with invaluable knowledge that will carry over to my career, and it has given me a supportive and positive environment in which to transition into the professional world. The staff has all taken a genuine interest in my professional and personal development, and I know I will come away a stronger and more qualified professional.

Ideal candidates will possess a self-starting attitude; good writing skills; a proven ability to problem-solve; a friendly, outgoing personality; and a willingness to work in a team environment while being able to work independently on projects. These internships are excellent opportunities for students seeking practical experience in marketing, public relations, event planning, and business.

Because we are a small, energetic, progressive company, our interns have meaningful work and gain a great deal of practical experience. All interns take part in professional development activities, and we invest in career development coaching for all of our interns. Several interns have moved into full-time salaried positions with our company (although we cannot guarantee position availability). We pride ourselves on creating a fun, supportive environment, and you'll love working here!

Fraternity/sorority or other student organizational experience is strongly preferred, but any applicant with a go-getter attitude will be considered a great candidate. All interns will help with some basic office duties, such as preparing for conferences, assisting our customers and speakers, answering phones, etc. Additional duties specific to the internships are detailed when openings are available.
