4 Tracks to get your College Panhellenic on the Right Track
Advance Panhellenic! gives the women on your council the tools they need to move their sorority to the next level. Deferred recruitment is coming up this spring—find out what it takes for a successful Panhellenic council to make a huge impact this year, and for years to come.
Advance Panhellenic! offers groups the chance to focus on the issues that they are currently dealing with in their community through the use of the Afternoon Tracks. Four separate tracks have been created, and it is up to the sorority women to decide which track would be most beneficial for their council and community. There is also an option to create a different track to ensure that the women focus on what is most important on their council and in their community.
The Four Tracks include:
1. Recruitment
Are there better ways you could be handling recruitment? Use this track to understand what is prohibiting new members from joining, know the NPC guidelines, and create an action plan for your next recruitment.
2. Public Relations
Social networking can be a great tool, but first, learn how to utilize it in your favor. You’ll also learn critical public relations tools that can be used for every aspect of your Panhellenic council.
3. Community Building and Programming
Learn to identify other organizations and groups that would be beneficial to build relationships. Establishing a sense of community can send your council to the next level.
4. Officer Transitions
Stop starting from scratch every time a new officer takes on a position. Create an officer transition plan that works for your council each and every time.
