Need to build community among
your residence life staff, orientation leaders, programming board, or a
broader group of student leaders from across campus organizations? LINK might be the program
for you. The day-long retreat is designed to give student leaders
a common understanding about how to serve a diverse campus community while
helping them get to know one another and the available resources better.
Leadership. Integration. Networking. Knowledge. The words that make up the acronym help describe the purpose of this program that meets students where they are, and allows them to talk about issues of importance within their organization and/or on their campus.
The six-hour curriculum can be incorporated into existing training, or facilitated as a stand-alone program. The best part of LINK is that students leave with an action plan for dealing with issues specific to their situation. Each curriculum component builds on the one before it to culminate in the action planning process at the end of the day. Click here to learn more about our Facilitators.
