Mike Dilbeck not only brought information to my students about bystander behavior, he brought a contagious energy and passion that demonstrated the importance of taking action that my students heard. Since Mike’s keynote and breakout session, so many students are telling me of times when they were able to be an every|day hero and how they felt empowered to be the difference.

Mike did an outstanding job talking to our freshmen about bystander intervention as it relates to alcohol abuse/misuse. The students really enjoyed his interactive "texting" activity, which allowed them to have ownership of the program as opposed to being passive consumers. Mike was relatable while still maintaining professionalism, and his 3 take-home skills were succinct and easily transferable! Mike's a pleasure to work with!

Mike was a keynote speaker for our recent convention. He spoke to a mixed audience of both alumnae and collegians and his message was well received by both segments of our membership. His is a message that applies to all ages.

As someone that has brought Mike Dilbeck to campus recently, let me reiterate how AMAZING this keynote can be, and its impact on students. I actually had fraternity/sorority members walking out of the keynote using the language of bystander intervention and its strategies!

Mike Dilbeck did an excellent job on his presentation to staff on our campus who work directly with students. He was very interactive and he utilized technology to get his point across. He is genuine, sincere and he is passionate about what he does and that came across very clearly. He has the ability to engage his audience in the conversation and made it very easy. I would recommend Mike to any campus; he is worth bringing.

Mike was a great speaker for our campus. He really challenged our Greek community to address bystander behaviors both in and out of our community. He was easy to work with and flexible with last minute changes! I can't wait to see what our students take from him in the long run.

Mike Dilbeck was upfront about his message from the beginning and really helped our chapters look at their behaviors in a different light! It has been a month since he visited and our chapters are STILL talking about him! Mike really opened our eyes to bystander behavior and how damaging it really can be! I learned so much! It was a perfect and VERY timely message! "You know!" Mike says... and he's right, we DO know! Thanks Mike!
