This was one of the most amazing presentations I have ever been to. It was so touching and so heart breaking but it was also very informational. It really made me realize how one quick decision could change everything. I think it's amazing Mark has chosen to help try to change people so others don't have to go through this as well. Great job. Mark, I just wanted to thank you for taking time and coming to speak to all the Greek Life organizations. Your story was really powerful and eye-opening. I'll never forget it and I'll always think twice before I make any decisions.

Today you (Mark Sterner) came to my school and spoke to us about your tragic story. It really spoke to me and I remember listening to it 2 years ago when you came to my school. I could listen to it again and again because it really got to me and made me realize bad things can happen to good people...I just wanted to say thank you.

Mark's story was absolutely heart stopping. I have seen many presentations surrounding drunk driving but his was by far the most moving and effective. I have never been so moved by someone's experiences in such a way that Mark's has. The profound effect of Mark's story will absolutely stop me from getting anywhere near a car once I've had any drink.

Mark Sterner, your story truly touched me and left me with an emotionally filled heart. I have been the passenger of a drunk driver through my childhood years of an immediate family member. The experience I went through has made me who I am today. My family and friends mean the world to me and hearing your story just further emphasized my choices about life. I will listen to what you said, believe me.

It is incredible that you have the courage to stand in front of several audiences and repeat your story over and over again. Our entire school agrees that it was by far the most effective and influential assembly we have ever had. It made us all think and it was a presentation that I will never forget. Thank you for doing this for everyone because it really impacts the choices we make, and it does make a huge difference.

We have all been there. We have all done really stupid things when we were young and still laugh about it years later. We are so so similar but yet different. Now as a parent, I want to do what ever I can to protect my kids. If hearing how one night ruined Mark's life can protect your child, do whatever you can to make sure your kids listen to Mark. It can save their lives!

Thanks for sharing your powerful story; you offer so much insight on how to live mindfully. You offer a tremendous public service -- not only about the perils of drinking and driving, and not wearing seat belts, and being reckless behind the wheel, but about personal responsibility. We are indebted to you for taking an unspeakable tragedy and finding a way to use your pain to help others make good choices. My students and I were so moved.
