Recruitment Boot Campprovides chapters with two different programs that are fully customized based upon the culture, needs and goals of the specific chapter. Prior to coming to your retreat, the RBC facilitator will spend time learning exactly what your goals are for the retreat and will then create a customized experience.
RBC: CHAPTER RETREAT (4 hours)
This program offers:
Interactive, fully-customized workshop that covers the entire Recruitment Boot Camp system
How to brand yourself on campus
Identifying the eligibility standards for all new members
Coming up with negative/positive incentives for your members to recruit better
Creating a full marketing plan
Training on social media marketing
Building a wish list of potential new members that is at least 4 times the size of your current membership
and much more!
RBC: CHAPTER RETREAT (6 hours)
Everything that is included in the 4-hour retreat, plus our entire Skills Training workshop that shows your members the essential skills necessary to recruit better members. These skills include handling objectives, educating new members on financial/time commitments of your chapter, best marketing practices and a ton of other information. This is typically a separate $3,000 stand alone program, but is significantly discounted when part of this retreat.
RBC: CHAPTER COACHING
We offer both a limited and full coaching program that both result in the development and execution of an action plan over the course of a year. Chapters will have full access to an RBC facilitator with regular coaching sessions that ensure accountability and consistent execution of the chapter action plan.
