CAMPUSPEAK

Recruitment Boot Camp can be customized specifically for a national fraternity or sorority convention.

RBC: Special Ops can be the entire curriculum for a national organizations hosted free-standing educational event. Or, it can be a training track for recruitment officers at an existing leadership event, like leadership school or convention. Some national groups have hosted RBC trainings five years running with upward trends in both recruitment and retention numbers!

The national organization gets the amazing RBC curriculum customized specifically to their organization and program schedule. CAMPUSPEAK also customizes workshop material for your national organization, and provides a facilitator who has taken the time to understand your issues and existing programs.

What sets this program apart is that participants don’t just leave energized and motivated without real direction. Instead, they leave with a clear, specific, date oriented RBC Action Plan Form that details how they will USE what they learned. This tool allows the rest of their chapter, their local, regional and national volunteers as well as campus administrators to all hold the attendees accountable for implementing the improvements they leave RBC empowered to make.

National organization cover all program costs: facilities, food, copies of workbooks and action plans, audio-visual needs, small group facilitators (frequently campus Greek advisors, national volunteers and staff members) hotel accommodations for the facilitator and participants as appropriate.
