CHAPTER SERVICES
RBC: SKILLS TRAINING ONLINE
Hosted as a Facebook Application, Skills Training Online is a peer education, train the trainer, program hosted online. Undergraduate leaders will learn how to facilitate three brief sessions for their chapter in basic recruiting skills. Once certified, they will have access to the training presentations, a facilitator guide and handouts. Certified participants will have access to the program for one year so that they can repeat training as many times as needed.
RBC: CHAPTER COACHING
We offer both a limited and full coaching program that both result in the development and execution of an action plan over the course of a year. Chapters will have full access to an RBC Coach with regular coaching sessions that ensure accountability and consistent execution of the chapter action plan.
RBC: CHAPTER EXPANSION
Looking to significantly boost your chances for success when starting or re-launching a group? Partner with RBC and let our consultant work closely with your staff on developing and executing a turn-key system for quickly building a group of high-quality individuals interested in the values and mission of your organization. We train your staff on every step of the expansion process and help them executive it on campus.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING
RBC: WEBINARS
Specialized webinars for your organization can be a great way to conveniently train your chapter leaders and volunteers. Webinars are 90 minutes long, live and interactive, so customization is easy to meet your particular needs. Some topics you may want to consider: RBC: Basics - The Chapter Plan, Building Your Organizations Brand, Recruiting on a Deferred Campus, RBC Follow Up and Supporting Chapter Growth for Alumni & Volunteers.
RBC: OFFICER TRAINING SCHOOL
We will customize a keynote, or series of workshops (up to five hours) for your convention, or regional programs. We can focus the curriculum to fit your particular needs and are able to cover topics that will make a difference for your members. Alignment to fraternal values, brand building and management, and the chapter yearlong recruitment plan are just a few that will empower your chapters to succeed. Because of our team of trained, experienced facilitators we have the unique ability to provide a consistent educational experience concurrently at multiple locations insuring all regional programming is of the highest caliber.
RBC: SPECIAL OPS
Special Ops is curriculum specifically customized for an organization and can be as a freestanding educational event or as a training track at an existing leadership event. Leave with a clear, specific, date-oriented RBC Action Plan Form (APF) that details how they will USE what they learned. Following up with those APFs by staff, volunteers and campus professionals has led to averages of 25%, and even up to 80% increases by participating chapters.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT
RBC: STAFF TRAINING
In a half-day session we will train your chapter support staff. The training will cover the RBC system, how to assist chapters in implementation, brand management basics and other areas as needed. Equip your staff with the best tools to insure success!
